Postage and Packing

Royal Mail Strike action OCT 09 - please click on and read the Postage Information page on the left hand menu before completing checkout.

NEW - reduced P&P charge for orders up to £30.00.For UK orders the postage and packing charge is £1.95 for goods ordered up to the value of £30.00. Above that the P&P is £2.25. This amount will be added on the Paypal payment screen. Orders are sent First Class and are well wrapped then posted in padded envelopes for extra protection. We aim to package and post all orders within 48hours of payment being received. Please see below if you wish Recorded Delivery or Special Next Day Delivery.

If there is any problem with your order when you receive it please let us know immediately by emailing mail@prettypendants.co.uk. Any items that have been damaged in transit will be replaced (or a refund issued when stock levels dictate that a replacement is unavailable) and we will send an envelope for you to return the damaged item(s) and original packaging to us as this will help with any claim by us against Royal Mail.

As a minimum a Proof of Posting is obtained for every order posted.

Recorded Delivery and Special Next Day Delivery - If you decide that you want your purchase to be sent by either of these methods please go to the Postage Information/Options page in the left hand menu and add the service you require to your shopping cart. Special Next Day enquiries must be received by 11am in order to be posted that day.

EUROPEAN AND WORLDWIDE DESTINATIONS - please contact us by email detailing the items you require and your full address and we will send you details of the cost including international postage, packing and insurance. European and Worldwide orders cannot be sent without insurance. If following that you wish to place an order we will send you a Paypal invoice. Payment must be made in Sterling.  International purchases may incur Import fees or charges, depending on the laws applicable in the purchasers country. Any charges relating to import taxes or Customs duties or Customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns
We want our customers to be totally happy with their purchase so if for whatever reason you do not wish to keep the items you have ordered you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The postage and packing charge will not be refunded. The items should be well packed to avoid any damage and as a minimum a proof of posting should be obtained. Please keep the Proof of Posting or Recorded delivery slip until we confirm that we have received the package as if a package goes missing we will need it to file a claim with the Royal Mail. We cannot be held liable for any package that is not received where as a minimum a Proof of Posting was not obtained.


Payment
Payment is made via Paypal. Paypal is a secure worldwide payment system which you do not need to register with to use. If you do not have a Paypal account simply follow the instructions where it says "Don't have a Paypal Account?". At no point can we access any of your card or account details. No such information is collected by us.

If you wish to pay by cheque please send an email to mail@prettypendants.co.uk with "Cheque Order" in the title box. Give us details of the items you wish to order plus your name and full address and we will reply giving you a total amount for your order and details of who to make the cheque payable to. We will let you know when your cheque arrives and your items will be posted when the cheque funds have cleared in our account.
